In an effort to eliminate the "land rush", there will be an early entry option for 2025. In addition to the $150 entry fee, if you want to pay an extra $100 per person, you will be able to enter the grounds and set up your camp on Friday morning after 9:00, August 8. General admission starts when the gate opens at 9:00 Saturday morning, August 9.
The entry fee is $150 per person for the week whether you camp or not.
Everyone will pay $150 upon entry. If you attend for 3 days or less, the entry fee is prorated to $40 per person/per day. When you depart, the balance will be refunded to you. Just let us know what day you arrived, and we will lookup the registration you filled out. A question often asked is: "What if I arrive on the second Saturday, will I have to fork over $150?" The answer is no. To clarify, here are some scenarios: If you arrive on Wednesday, August 13 (four nights remaining), you will pay $150. If you arrive on Thursday, August 14 (three nights remaining), you will pay $120. If you arrive on Friday, August 15 (two nights remaining), you will pay $80. If you arrive on Saturday, August 16 (one night remaining), you will pay $40.
A wristband will be issued when you enter the grounds for the first time and pay the entry fee. The wristband must be shown to the gate attendant upon re-entry.
For those attendees that come only for the Cajun potluck party on Tuesday, or the Potluck on Wednesday, or the Quebecois party on Thursday, the entry fee is $10 for the evening and doesn't include camping.
Please plan ahead and be ready to pay the entry fee in cash upon arrival. To expedite registration, exact change is appreciated, though not mandatory. There will be no "I'll pay you tomorrow" or "I'll pay you after I set up camp go to the ATM"...nope, not this year.
Children 15 and under are free
Hangers-on-Sunday night passes, on the 17th, are $40 per person
We will only be accepting CASH this year -- no checks, credit cards, PayPal or other electronic payments.
Donations
I gratefully accept your monetary gifts in an attempt to recover my expenses such as pasture rent, insurance, garbage collection, extension of city water to the site (an additional 1000 ft. for 2023!), a shower house, maintenance to the shower house and toilets, tractor fuel, mowing the field, the dance floor, tarp replacement, tree planting in the east meadow for 2025, etc. Of course, if you can afford more than $150, that would be welcomed too! It takes money to do this and your generous support is greatly appreciated and is what enables us to do this year after year. Thank you!
If you would like to donate the entry fee for someone who cannot afford to attend, please designate your gift for that person and let them know that the entry fee is waived for them. They would still need to fill out the registration form. They will receive a wristband upon entry.
Drinking water is available in the camping area as are showers that are available 24 hours a day. There is ample room for your tent or RV. GENERATORS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Bring solar panels or a larger battery bank to keep you in the juice. If you must run your generator or your engine to charge your batteries, please leave the campground to do so.
Registration
When you arrive at camp, you will be asked to fill out a registration form and to pay the entry fee. If you leave camp, you must show it to the gate attendant upon your return. To save time, print out the form and fill it out prior to your arrival.
